Privacy policy

This policy explains how the data you leave on www.pintimotori.it is used (Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”). It is a translation of the Italian policy. If the two differ, the Italian text applies.

Who processes the data

The data controller is Daniele Pinti (Pinti Motori). For any question about your data, write to info@pintimotori.it.

Which data and why

Through the contact form I collect your name, email, the vehicle and engine you mention, and the text of your message. I use them only to answer your request. The legal basis is your request itself (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Without this data I cannot answer you.

I do not use the data for advertising, I do not sell it and I do not pass it on to anyone.

How the data is handled

• The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A., in Italy. For security reasons the server records technical data such as the IP address.
• The form message reaches me by email at info@pintimotori.it, a mailbox also run by Aruba.
• If you write to me on WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok, the privacy rules of those services also apply.

For how long

I keep messages for as long as it takes to answer and to follow any work that comes out of them, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or object to it, and to receive it in a readable format (Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR), by writing to the email address above. If you believe your data is being handled incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools, and it loads no content from other sites. That is why there is no cookie banner.
